Lacing any corset on your own is a tough job. I have a sturdy hook mounted in a post to cinch mine. One thing which does help, however, is to replace the laces with a piece of 1/2 inch satin ribbon. Much less friction which makes cinching in more of a delight and less of a chore...

Leather, rubber and strings. I have never quite "got" latex as a fashion statement. I once had a latex dress which, while it hugged every pore of my body, had none of the flow that a simple knit dress has just by standing there. But I do know why this corest is being laced outside the dress: no room for lingerie inside. The hand on the back is very handy if you are going to lace tightly. Nothing worse than being pulled over....

Leather is often used making corsets. It looks terrific but you have to be prepared for a degree of stretch unless you buy the very best. And the very best are pricey. This girl's corset is nicely fitted and well laced with a couple of inches of hip spring. You can see that it is laced with ribbon which makes lacing in much easier....less friction.

It is a lovely corset laced down tightly enough to give the girl at least four inches of hip spring...Of course she really shouldn't have wrapped the laces. Much better to loop them. It is not as if people are not going to be aware you are wearing a corset when you are laced this tightly.

What a well fitted corset. While it could be laced a little tighter on top, it sits beautifully over this girl's hips and nips in her waist. While tight lacing and radical waist reduction are fun, so is the sensation of being laced snuggly and being held in place. Lovely gloves as well...too bac about the shoes.
